Do you want to change your Global Personnel ID password? You can update it using Identity Management (idM). Go to idM at http://idm.mypepsico.com.
Enter your Global Personnel ID and current password. Click Login.
Click the Change My Password link. Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields. Click Change Password.
Do you need help logging in after registering? Have the following information ready:
- Global Personnel ID
- Home Zip Code (all US-based associates only)
- Date of Hire (non-US-based International associates only)
Then call the appropriate number:
- US-based associates (including International) - Call the PepsiCo Support Center, see below.
- Non-US-based International associates - Call the local International help desk representative in your country.
Do you need to change your PAAS password? We encourage you to register with idM; however the PAAS tool is still available: https://fgt.pepsico.com/loginadmin
Do you need to change your Supplier ID password? Call the PepsiCo Support Center, see below.
Do you need to reset your Pepsi Business ID password? Call the PepsiCo Support Center, see below. (Note: Only IRI iPOP Bottler users may use Pepsi Business IDs.)
