These "Terms of Use" govern your use of this Web Site, www.myPepsiCo.com (the "Site"). BY ACCESSING, VIEWING, OR USING ANY MATERIAL OR CONTENT ON THE SITE, YOU, USER, AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE INFORMATION AND TERMS OF USE, AND INTEND THE TERMS OF USE TO BE THE LEGAL EQUIVALENT OF A SIGNED, WRITTEN LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND PEPSICO, INC. Pepsi has the right to audit your use of the Site at any and all times.

Pepsi may deny access to the Site and any associated information systems to anyone at any time in its discretion.

Pepsi reserves the right to access, read, copy, delete and disclose information on the Site and to inspect any and all files stored or transmitted via the Site.

Authorized User shall not use the Site in a manner which may violate the laws and regulations of the United States or any other nation, or the laws and regulations of any State, City, Province or other jurisdiction in any fashion. Authorized Users that are employees of PepsiCo, Inc. agree to take no actions that violate PepsiCo’s Code of Conduct.

Authorized User shall maintain in strictest confidence and shall not use or disclose outside of its own company any information posted on or derived from Site for use for other than a legitimate and bona fide business purpose.

The use of a password created by Authorized User does not create a right of privacy to Authorized User. Passwords are designed to minimize unauthorized access. Authorized User shall keep password, created to access the Site, strictly confidential.

You agree to abide by all additional restrictions displayed on the Site as the Site may be updated from time to time and further agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of any Site materials.

With the exception of applications commonly known as Web Browser software, or other applications formally approved by Pepsi in writing, you agree not to use any software, program, application or any other device to access or log on to Site, Pepsi’s computer systems, or proprietary software or to automate the process of obtaining, downloading, transferring or transmitting any information or content to or from Pepsi’s computer systems, the Site or proprietary software.

Pepsi provides the information, text, and graphics on the Site as a convenience to the Bottlers and third party partners. This Site may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Pepsi reserves the right to make periodic changes to the information contained on the Site. Governing Law, Venue and Jurisdiction.
